A multi-grain dutch oven boule featuring brown rice, oats, sesame seeds, pepitas, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds. I don't often have bread success, partly because I always try quick breads in the bread machine, but this recipe from Eating Well went perfect. If you have a dutch oven and a day and a half to schedule around your bread's rise time, I highly recommend it! It's going in my recipe box, which I'm finally getting around to using. I found it at a little antique store this past summer and am slowly adding my favorites to it. So far I have a few french cookie recipes and my husbands favorite soup.
